This applies to any voicebank distributed on this website/created by SockHunter.

Please properly credit the voicebank when using it in published work (just stating the name is fine). These voicebanks can be used freely in any audio compositions for personal/non-for-profit use. Use in commercial works is permitted with permission, please contact SockHunter to obtain permission.

These voicebanks cannot be used for the following content:

-anything already prohibited by UTAU (criminal/illegal content, bigotry/hateful content, explicit underage sexual content)

-promoting a political or religious agenda

-very explicit/graphic violent or sexual content

If you aren't sure if the content you'd like to produce falls into one of those categories or not, please contact me and obtain permission. Most of the time I'll be lenient. If it's something like gomenne, gomenne (I'm sorry, I'm sorry) by Kikuo, then absolutely not.

Any of the audio files may be edited for personal use, and sharing is allowed with or without edits, but please properly credit the original voicebank name and author. If the voicebank is discontinued, the voicebank may not be redistributed. Porting to singing sythesizers other than UTAU is prohibited.

Character images:

Official images of Shelly/Robyn's character (i.e the official artwork for the voicebank) can be reposted or redistributed for any personal/non-for-profit use freely without attribution on the internet.

Any other artwork featuring Shelly/Robyn's character (something not official) made by SockHunter cannot be reposted/redistributed or edited without proper attribution.

Non-profit derivative works featuring Shelly/Robyn's character is allowed provided the name of the voicebank is credited. Similarly commercial usage by an individual or small group of individuals is allowed so long as the name of the voicebank is credited. For corporations or large-scale entities, permission is required.
